To adjust the knee bar’s height, slightly loosen the hex screws located on the sides of the plastic knee bar support collar that has the knee bar attached.

Loosen the 4 hex key bolts located on the side of the plastic collar supporting the knee bar. You do not need to completely remove these 4 bolts as just loosening these hex key bolts will allow you to be able to slide the knee bar up and down.   

Now that the knee bar is loose you can now slide the bars up or down the collar to set it in the correct spot for your body. If the collar moves or shifts while you do this be sure to put it back into place before tightening the screws.

After you have found the best resting spot for the knee bar you can tighten the hex key bolts back up. You want to tighten the screws firmly but not too tight as this can damage both the screws and the plastic.

Yes, there will be a new bar support system on the newer models. This system definately has its advantages but it is not recommended for use with the velcro calf cuff system. It only works well with the knee bars as the bars are much more firmer and do not twist like the cald cuffs do.

The new models will feature an all new calf cuff system which is just as comfortable, machine washable and best of all much cheaper. They will just attach to the knee bars allowing you to have the comfort of calf cuffs with the firmness of the knee bars.

Anyway, I have attached a photo of the new support bracket for you to check out. I will have better photos for you all soon though.

You definitely can still use the Velcro calf cuff system with the new bar support bracket but like you said, you will need to really get it tight. You practically have to over tighten it just so that the calf cuffs do not twist. It will work but it is not recommended.

I have actually been using this setup on the CZ models I have been testing for some time now. They do work okay if you can manage to get them secured enough, however these cuffs are still not recommended on these models so people will have to use them at their own risk. Also, the new springs on the CZ models are much thicker and require more downward force to compress them. We have also found that the Velcro cuffs are not strong enough to withstand this added force.

We are working with our manufacturer to develop an improved calf cuff system which will work a lot better. I have also gotten some word that the actual bracket is being improved upon to help accommodate the Velcro calf cuff system a lot better. However for now these models will come with the new cuff attachment. This is just as comfortable as the Velcro cuffs and is much safer for use with the CZ models.

Calf cuffs are definately my pesonal preference as well. I dont really know what you mean about the new cz models as I have never used a pair but I like my calf cuffs way better than my old knee bars.

If I buy the new CZ models, can I take the calf cuffs from my MVP60 and use them on the CZ's? Will they not work with these models? They work great with my MVP's.

Also, when will there be the new models up on the website?
