Hey Ryan
This is a very common problem that bockers with your model have. We get questions about this all the time. There is nothing wrong with your jumping stilts and the problem is very easy to fix

What is happening is that your calf cuff alignment is off. This off-sets your knee positioning which makes the frames feel warped when it is just the calf cuffs that need to be aligned and positioned properly. If the cuffs are not aligned properly they will position your knee off to the side instead of directly over your foot.
Some people have personal preferences about how they align their calf cuffs but the best place to have it set is perfectly even. This will make sure that your knee and your foot are in perfect alignment and you will feel much more comfortable. If you have a look at your other stilt (the one that feels good) you will most likely notice that the calf cuffs are aligned better.
Have a look at the picture I attached to this post. It will help you see exactly what I mean about the calf cuff alignment.
